1.1. Hyperzod will only issue refunds for the setup fee of the customer’s website under the following conditions:
(a) The customer submits a written refund request within 14 days from the date of installation of the website.
(b) The customer provides a valid reason for requesting a refund.
1.2. No refunds shall be granted for the setup fees of other products purchased or for recurring monthly or annual subscription charges.
2. Refund Procedure
2.1. If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1, Hyperzod will process your refund as follows:
(a) Hyperzod will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your refund request.
(b) The refund will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both the customer and Hyperzod.
(c) The refund will be for the full amount of the setup fee and will be processed within 14 business days from the date of confirmation.
